If a figure looks wrong, a rent or a price is out of date, or a reference is broken, tell us. Every data table on this site is a dated snapshot — we would rather correct it than defend it.

Data and press requests

We publish Dublin market data: district median prices, rental yields by postcode, and analysis of the 2026 rent-cap and RTB rule changes. Journalists, researchers and policy teams are welcome to ask for the underlying figures, the methodology behind them, or a comment.

This site publishes research and general information.
